Finally got my Art Portfolio for The eyes Of The Dragon - what a stunning production, I will have to make some photos to share. Anyway my traycase had a bump and since Im OCD on stuff like that I emailed Paul and asked if they had any extras. He replied right away and sent me a new one.
What a class act all the way - this is exactly the small signs of outstanding customer service that hopefully will allow them to grow his business in the future. Cant wait to see whats coming next.

My Book Collection
Very Fine Books is featuring the 1250 Artist's Edition as now available through them for $225. Given that that's double the cover price of a just a week or two ago, I think that's an extraordinary inflation of pricing, to put it politely, but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone missed out on that edition and just has to have a copy, no matter what the price.
I think Dave at Overlook has a couple still available as well if anyone is looking....
Dark Regions has some and they're offering a Stephen King Bundle that's not outrageously overpriced.

Congratulations Ari. I was floored when your name popped up, as I’m sure you can tell from my reaction!
Damn. The only major prize Ari hasn't won is our fundraiser Grand Prize. Of course there is this year...
We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring
will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
T.S. Eliot -
All the hubbub with the S/L made me realize I haven't read Misery in waaaaay too long (decades?), so I decided to 'reread' it by listening to it. For anybody that likes audiobooks or wants to give them a try, the audiobook for Misery read by Lindsay Crouse is really good. She does an excellent job reading Annie (so far, anyway, I'm probably a third of the way through) and I find that I like the book even more than I remember. Makes me itch for August to roll around
Congratulations, Ari! That's amazing and hilarious.
And Paul, thank you for your generosity in extending the penguin prizes to those who ordered on the twelfth! I won one!

No way! Congrats Ari!!!
anyone else suspicious of Ari's uncanny un-natural abilities to win contests...
yet...again...
what deal has that boy made with the devil?... obviously, a better one than I.
The other obvious question is: just how many Gift editions did he buy to shift the draw in his favour?
