Being in the hospital and associated facilities the last few months I somehow missed the opportunity to order one of those CD slipcases for my signed US edition of "Sleeping Beauties". Anyone have one for sale or know of someone selling?

Still kicking myself for missing this. I generally am on top of these great cases from CD
