In fact the A in this lettered, looks suspiciously like a P with an extra leg, so I suspect this is a modified PC. Maybe that's why there is no slipcase.

Also, I thought Gerald Winters had one for sale for 10K, but it is no longer listed. I am wondering if this is it, and this is why the AC seems familiar to me.
I agree that the "AC" looks awfully funny, especially next to the "AY" copy in the catalog. However, Very Fine Books had copy "AF" up for sale a while ago

and it also had a much different looking "A" than the one in the catalog. So it appears as though there were two letterers? The Heartwood Books one doesn't have a very clear picture, though, which doesn't help...
