They describe Elevation (which I have yet to read) as a "comedic novella" - comedic? I don't think I've heard that before. Is that accurate?

I assume the intention was comedy vs tragedy in the literary sense.

They're probably referring to King's politics but King has always been open about his political views so this isn't a new thing. He talks about it here in 2007.

SO.. Steve is on GMA on same morning as Jennifer Lopez... Imagine he does not mind waiting in green room with her.

I Had considered a NYC trip on this release date however passed …. Bet would be impossible to try for signature outside GMA this morning with the security that will be in force..

Bill Skarsgård (Pennywise from IT) appeared this morning prior to King discussing his role in IT 2.

Stephen King was the last guest this morning responding to typical questions, "What scares you". The interview about The Institute was very brief with no new info shared. Steve mentioned his ability to write about children comes from listening and observing his own kids when young and now his grandkids. He mentioned The Institute is dedicated to his three Grandsons.

From now on, whoever asks "What scares you?" to Stephen King in a formal interview needs to have their interviewing license revoked.
