Obviously that question was to David but I personally love remarques in books but only as long as either the author or the artist of the book/edition has added the artwork. I don't see an added value if it's from an artist not associated with the book itself... unless it's just for your enjoyment and you love a certain artist's work.

Just make sure they are done by the artist that did the book IF you want them to stay the same in value OR increase in value

Caretaker Quick Update!
Oldest son arrived home Wed PM after finishing his MBA at Ithaca College. Mother-in-law arrived yesterday afternoon and with wife working today, I'm sort of entertainment committee. I had hopes of getting bunch of emails done and listing rest of my books below but that seems unlikely. And it appears that family needs will be calling me frequently Sat/Sun as we celebrate (formally) my son's graduation etc....so, unfortunately, ANY Betts that gets done next couple of days will be a bonus. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as I juggle 2 full time jobs and family demands!!
