That's the numbered edition slipcase, and the D is printed with the break in it. It's the same on the case's cover.

The lettered edition box is to the right of that one.

Yes, all CD's lettered editions are very special, but BLOCKADE BILLY is still my favorite, among the ones I have, that is.

The Post Office obeyed the wording on my package from PS Publishing to the letter:

I must, I assume, read the book (poem) to find out. I still haven't read WIND or JOYLAND yet but I'll probably read THE DARK MAN soon because it won't take long, then maybe I'll know, or not.

I took a look at the numbered edition, and yes it does!

I mentioned somewhere else I probably ordered two of the UK facsimile signed DOCTOR SLEEP by mistake, and I was right! Now I have two of them. Only 698 other copies out there somewhere.
