I'm sorry, but I have no idea where you can get a copy.

Our Dutch hardcover edition, recently released.
De Donkere Toren is Dutch for The Dark Tower. I guess our publisher is trying to make some extra money by really pushing de DT link. However - this is not allowed any longer so any other DT related books will have to use smaller print.

My first King limited, if I remember correctly.
I participated in the lottery, didn't win, bought a copy from a dealer, was later contacted by Philtrum some lucky winners no longer wanted their copy and if I still wanted one....Of course I did, so I ended up with two copies. One of these I sold through eBay, the other one I kept.
It's a gorgeous book!
