I thought something was messed up! I went on the link to try to pre-order and it came up sold out. Oh well guess I will have to wait till October.

Or at least until they get the author's name fixed and are ready to start taking preorders!
Not good.
Edit: But as long as it will be available, I am buying one (probably two).
Am I right in thinking B&N won't ship overseas?
edit
I just checked and they do have international shipping, thank god!. Not as affordable as Amazon's shipping (I don't have much experience with B&N but they always seem to charge more for everything) so the total comes to $37.98 for Int folk.
I've had several people inquire about proofs of The Stephen King Illustrated Companion. There won't be any. This isn't being published like a traditional book. Barnes & Noble isn't interested in getting advanced reviews. They will simply plonk the books down in prominent places in their stores and list it on their website and expect it to sell itself, basically. I received a PDF of the near-final version for proofing and layout review, but there won't be any physical galleys.
This looks great. If BN ship to Ireland, will definitely be buying a copy. As a fellow writer and Stephen King fan, well done. Can't wait to read this.
Since they have a page about how to enter International Postal Codes, I think it's a safe bet that they'll ship to Ireland.
Here's the next teaser. Among the rarities included in the book: First draft typescript pages with handwritten notes, including (but not limited to) pages from The Gunslinger, The Stand, Pet Sematary and The Dead Zone
oooooo, you are being so mean! Can't wait to see this one.
Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.
Can't wait to see those Pet Sematary pages. One of my most favorite King novels.

Wow this looks great!
The next tease: Several handwritten first draft manuscript pages from Cujo
Will there be some manuscript pages for any of the books you'll be dealing with???
Does anyone knows where the manuscript pages from Carrie are? Destroyed?

It would be cool to see some fragments of rare, unpublished stuff, both fiction, nonfiction, screenplays, treatments, you name it
Yup, unpublished and uncollected stuff would be cool.
Stay tuned for more teasers. Your wishes may come true...
I'm getting more and more intrigued by this book.
Bev, will you be handling any signed copies, maybe from your website?
John
Bev, there is no need to tease us.
You know Hutch travels thru the time, and already have a copy of it, and is willing to give us more details...
