I wasn't sure of where to post this, as I didn't see a 'General Question' thread.
Would anyone have an idea of some magazines or other literary means that accept short stories for publication? Any help would be much appreciated.

In your local bookstore, there *should* be a magazine section that *should* have several literary magazines, and you could probably "browse" the submission guidelines & addresses while standing in the store (make sure you're familiar with what type of stories they publish).
Another great resource is The Writer's Market. It has everything from agents to to magazines, etc. and it has articles through out to help you do it right. (It is a little pricey, though--I know sometimes used bookstores will sell last year's edition).
Good luck.
YOU MUST CHILL. I HAVE HIDDEN YOUR KEYS.
www.duotrope.com is a good market resource.
Thanks guys, will definitely check out both areas.
