As for it doing well, I just read it the other day and it's one of those stories that you keep thinking about days later. That's the mark. A year from now, I'll remember that story. I bought and read one earlier today that even now I really can't remember. I didn't like the story (though I usually enjoy the character) and hate that I wasted my money on the book. That wasn't the case with Locke and Key. I look forward to the second story of the series.

Me too. I'm really curious where they're going to go with it. I've been trying to wait till they're all out before I get them though, but honestly the wait is driving me crazy.

An amalgam of both BMOAT and Constant Reader actually. I'll explain it better when we start the actual voting.

    Really
I thought it was only going to be 6. Well if that's the case I think I'm going to have to start buying them then. I can't wait that long!

Some very interesting choices sj. Good ones, but interesting. On one hand you have a very people oriented tale and on the other, slaughter on par with the latest Rambo flick.
    Cool.

Well, I figure I've waited long enough to make my last nomination. I'm nominating Alias by Brian Michael Bendis.

If y'all haven't read it, it is a well written, deep exploration of a character that was created specifically for that book. The title of the first volume is simply Alias, so there you go.
