EDIT: I am particularly interested in the photo credit: who took it.
I skimmed through my COMPANION and didn't see that photo, although there are many other interesting pictures in that book I forgot about.
I'm sure if there is intelligent life somewhere out there in the universe, they are wise enough to stay away from us.

Of course it's a book I have on my own shelf. There is no credit given by the photo and the copyright page states "Photo credits: Unless otherwise indicated, c 1998 by George Beahm." He is mentioned as the author and photographer so I would assume he owns the photo.
Owning the photo doesn't mean he actually took the photo.
