There are no dummy questions! I do a lot of guest speaking in classrooms and universities...I've heard it all! Stress can cause a rise in the levels (which I was going through a lot with my recent break up), plus of course not taking meds every day. However at the time I was tested, I also had a major infection in my leg/foot going on that I didn't know was very severe until the next day. I'm just glad things subsided very quickly, as when I was diagnosed my viral level was over 500,000 and now it's less than 75 (which is the undetectable level). Obviously it won't get any lower than that unless a cure is found some day.Glad to hear that.
Probably a dummy question and you probably dont want to talk about it (which is right), but what can increase those levels?
