I am so freakin' honored....you just don't know how much of a thrill this is for me.
Thanks for the kudos. Last December, when I was at the house, Michael said in passing, "You'd make a great Father Callahan." At the time, I knew nothing about the project. Then on March 19th he called me that evening and asked if I would model for him. I was floored and it was one day after my last day in the office. I said when, and he said how bout tomorrow? I told him there were advantages to being unemployed as my schedule was wide open. So I modeled for him in his studio the next morning. He was ecstatic once I got in there and he had the lights set up. He told me that I was absolutely perfect for the role, and I was what he had always imagined Callahan to be. He said it was a shame that he didn't know me when he did the artwork for DT VII, because he would have used my image. He said he wished he could revise the art because I was it! How cool is that.
He completed the painting a few weeks later. When I get the ok, I will share it.

The first time I watched the two minute video took a long time because I kept constantly pausing it to read all the articles and look at all the pictures.
I laughed at the handwritten note on a photograph that flashed by:
"What the fuck is this thing?"
