I really enjoyed the film, but it was a bit cheesy. Kinda like The Phantom film with Billy Zane. Good movie but still, it was missing... somthing.

They made a few changes to the film. For instance, it's based off a comic and the girlfriend, Jenny, is actually named and modeled after Bettie Page. At first the film was to be released by Touchstone, but when Disney decided to release it as a Walt Disney Picture, they had to clean it up a bit.
I really like the movie, one of my favorite comic to film adaptations.
