Hey, Im Doug. I love Stephen King books, been reading them since the sixth grade, have read them all except for a small handful (needful things, dolores claiborne, christine, and Im sure a few other stories or lesser known work of his). I'm an artist, and I owe a lot of my style to Stephen King and his most amazing and equally disturbing genius.
How did you discover the Dark Tower?
A friend in high school, also a big King fan, told me he'd read the gunslinger and said it was good.

tough one, but Roland. Eddie is a close second, and Oy, of course.

The Drawing of the three or Wizard and Glass, I dont know which I like more.

Very cool. I was a physics major my first semester, but I've decided English is a better move for me (Stephen King is the author who really influenced my decision). If writing doesn't work out, I'm hoping I can be a musician (primarily electric bass guitar and viola).

I had read almost all of Sk's books by the time I was 16 except for the DT series which at the time only had 3 books out with another to be released months after I picked up the series.

Roland with Eddie Dean being a VERY close second

I was a fan of King's other works for a while but I had to force myself to finish The Gunslinger. I didn't like it at all. Then I read The Drawing of the Three and I was hooked

How did you discover the Dark Tower?
I really don't remember. I was just in Borders and trying to pick something up and I saw so many of the Gunslinger series...so I tried it...and loved every minute since.
Who is your favorite charcter?
Roland with Oy as a close second. I love how Oy responds to his ka-tet.

I enjoyed the Wolves of Calla a lot.
