How did you discover the Dark Tower?
I love Stephen King's books and was on the prowl for more of his work. I believe I picked up "The Gunslinger" at a resale shop for a quarter. TBH the first time I read it I found it horribly boring. A few months later I was looking for something to read and decided to give TG another try. This time I paid a bit more attention to it and a page at the end informed me that there was another book following Roland in "Drawing of the Three." I also happened to find this one secondhand.
The rest, as they say, is historyI just finished re-reading the series for the 2nd time a few days ago.

I guy I work with suggested I read it, I was never a big Stephen King fan but he said that it was diffrent from his other books.

New? Or is this just another iteration of my journey?
I suppose I could be called new to thedarktower.org, as I've never posted here before.... I apparently missed the migration from the dot net thing. I've been out of comission for awhile, but it's good to be back and in a new home with all of my old and new friends. Ka is a wheel, after all, and it seems to keep on turning.
Nice to have you Wanderin'--we're totally unaffiliated with the old tdt.net but sure as hell making a go of it.
