    I thought so too, then after I read it I listened to the audio book...the way the reader "read" him...then I fell in love!

    How did you discover the Dark Tower?
    saw a guy on the bus reading wizard and glass and thought the art work was pretty cool. started talking to him and found out it was Stephen king. just finished reading "it" so i thought i would try the dark tower.

    um, hello there everyone!


    How did you discover the Dark Tower?
    I was going through the library at school one day looking for something new to read. I came across the Stephen King section and thought "huh never read anything by him before, lemme check it out." I saw The Gunslinger and thought "is this a western?...by Stephen King?... well i like westerns, what the heck" haha I had no idea what i was getting into and fell in love with the story I've since got my dad to read it and he loves it as well.


    Who is your favorite charcter?
    Um, I guess I would have to say Roland, but I also really like Jake because he's a lot tougher than he looks

    What is your favorite book?
    oh boy I really don't think I could make a definitive decision here
