Collectible Classifieds-Primarily for Stephen King Items

An interesting Classifieds post.. one you may have never seen before but here it goes.

About a year ago (not really even sure timeline as I have forgot) a member bought some books from me. These books I had totally forgotten about until this AM when I was cleaning out my desk and there they were... safely tucked away. I have not been contacted since I sold these books... I even cannot remember if they are paid for! I looked back through PayPal but I have HUNDREDS of transactions and the names.. well you know what its like with our member names Vs real names. NO WAY to tell. So, I am going to sell these books UNLESS the member who had them on hold PM's me, and lets me know if they paid and can identify the books. I will then find the payment and we can get this year old transaction finished up. Strange I know.. but I asked another member what I should do and this was his idea and seemed fair and just. So.. there you have it. Thanks all!!! kris

Unfortunately I'm unable to hold on to my little collecting hobby any longer outside of some personal items that members here obtained for me or sentimental ones. Very vague but if you are in need of anything for the lower end of your collections, shoot me a PM of the title you're looking for in the message title. Right off the top of my head I have several UK 1sts, US 1sts, some with slipcases, both from CD and Jeff. My Pretty Pony GE, COTW GE just to name a few. Think I have two or three Bachman 1st/1st PBs (The Long Walk, The Running Man, and maybe Roadwork), I'll try and get a more detailed list up over the weekend. I don't have any King S/L's. Oh and the dinged Folio The Shining . Some Joe Hill stuff too. Thanks guys!

I've had times when I thought I might have to sell everything and then things turned around. It's a good time to focus on what really matters to you. Rebuilding a collection has been done more than once. In the meantime please keep being involved on the boards.

Despite what does or doesn't go on here as far as the pity stuff; this place is a great source of knowledge and I'd much rather have access to said knowledge and not need it then the other way around. But agree totally with what you're saying. Fall back, regroup, and hit it hard the next time out.
