Yep, quite a while ago. I do a lot of reading, and after a short hiatus during the beginning of The Drawing of the Three(unlike most people, I hate the lobstrosities, and the whole beginning of that book makes my brain hurt), I met Erin, and she convinced me to give it another try. I pushed through that part, then completely devoured the rest of the books. I wasn't even a King fan prior to reading the Dark Tower. My dad was always reading King, and what kid wants to be like their parents growing up, right? However, after reading The Dark tower, I went and read a great deal of other books simply based on their connections to The Dark Tower.
