I gota agree. This was a very difficult decision. I count all four of these movies as among my favorites. Over all though I think the Godfather is the best of these. don't get me wrong. I watch Silence whenever I see it on (4-5 times a year) and I keep the directors cut of BladeRunner on my MP3 player for anytime I'm flying (only a couple of times a year). But Godfather has everything a good movie needs to make it great.
Of course all this is all just my uneducated opinion.
