I didn't get an order confirmation number for the Lonely Road Books grab bag. I did see it listed on my account page on your web site.

We seem to be having some order confirmation issues lately. Has anyone who's ordered lately received a confirmation email? We're trying to figure out if no one is getting them or if it's just specific email services that aren't receiving them.

Ordered a copy of HORNS from you and no email confirmation. last email I have was confirmation for the collectors club renewal 08/01/2018

I didn't get a confirmation either for an order I made Friday. It should have gone to aol email.

Thanks, I'm sending our host some order numbers for people who did not receive a confirmation email, so they can dig into the email server logs and look for errors, etc, etc. I'm hoping for an easy fix!

By the way, I learnt the hard way to have patience about receiving books. Everything usually takes 20 more days to get to my place.

It was more that I live in a very quiet small street and the postman and parcel people often leave parcels in the porch (my regular postlady knows 99% of my parcels are books and often leaves them rather than have me go to the delivery office to pick them up if no one is in. Just didnt want to risk an expensive S/L like this!

Haha. Gotcha. Well it's a very large box but not marked with price. So either way, it looks impressive. I would see if maybe a neighbor is around or call the postoffice to see if they can leave it inside a storm door/screened porch or maybe in the back of the house?

Hey Guys,

These are really really slow going. It takes a lot of time with all the matching number and hunting for the appropriate coin and what not. We've shipped all the limited remarques and we're working out way through the limiteds. But I would guess we've only actually shipped maybe 100 at most. We'll ship any order that has a lettered on it or a lettered remarque once we're done with the limited. I suspect a lot of people should have gotten shipping notices though or will as I've already printed all of the labels for the limiteds so we could better sort and organize the orders to make it easier to find the coins.
