That feeling you get after a rough Monday at work, when you come home to an awesome book and a nice cold beer.
Nice looking book and Mug. I know where the book came from but what about that mug?

If anyone wanted one of those mugs we've got some left. There really isn't any product information on these pages and I only just snapped a really quick picture, but here's links to buy both the coffee mug and beer mug.

Someone else posted a link of Ned Dameron's art with pictures he did for CD's upcoming The Stand:

I've been really looking forward to this book but have to admit that I'm not really a fan of the pictures.
This art is definitely not what I expected, but I'm liking the fantasy angle it seems to be playing up.
Nadine's face (in "Nadine Jumps") looks like it was copied directly from Laura San Giacomo in the miniseries.
Do we know if these 10 are all that ND did for The Stand or might there be more?

Can I say that I am a bit surprised to see the original art going for sale prior to the release of the book?
I thought that, originally, the art was first seen in the book.
Is it unusual?
I mean... the book has not even been announced by CD?
And... besides the amazing Randall/Abigail art that we've seen, i am not really digging those

I think everyone heard Ned’s name and expected Wastelands. This is a different book and I like the art ok. Some of the odd ball images confuse me. Like why choose that scene or sentence to draw from.... when so many others are much more “presentable” for the artwork side of things ...
