    I bought 5 copies from CD. Plus 1 s/l. 1 lettered. And 3 nocturnal boxes. Plus 1 from b&n. I needed a reading copy. That's 11 copies.

    My wife thought i was crazy when Charlie the Choo's kept showing up! 3 from CD (third printings) then 3 more 1sts, 5 from UK, 2 anomoly's from amazon, 2 from SDCC - but two signed by King. Only 15 copies of this one! She could not see the difference in any of them. UGH! I tell her to go look at her purse and shoe collection and get back to me.

    The ordering window for slipcases has closed, but Brian mentioned he might reopen the window due to the King Nocturnal Boxes. No new ordering page has been opened yet.

    At the time you ordered the book from CD you could chose to get a slipcase. A nice thing they did this time is ship the books with out waiting for the slipcase to be made! This is a first as far as i know and a great practice going forward!
