They just did their half year sale for the CDCC. You'll have to wait til they advertise it again; which will be in the Fall like Joe said. It'd be a good idea to sign up for their newsletter as well.

Yes it is. I live "across the pond" and have been a member of the CDCC for several years.
Joining the CDCC is worth every penny, so you need to join up as soon as you get the opportunity to do so! You won't regret it!
