You're gonna have a little while to wait, and I can't really give you an estimate yet. Retailers are typically handled at the end of the shipping process due to the nature of their orders. Especially in this instance as most of our retailers get copies of both editions, and right now we're only working on the gift editions.

Just curious, the last couple of orders I have used gift certificates. I notice that I end up paying the shipping with my credit card. Is that intentional, or should the shipping come out of the gift certificate as well.

While on the subject of Gift Certificates, I have never used only a portion of one. I don't see a place on the site to house gift certificates under your account, or check the balances. Would I be correct in assuming it is up to the customer to keep track of their various GC numbers and balances and the only way to check them is to email Mindy?
