They did a presale for previous customers, so they could match numbers. It hasn't been offered to the public yet or even to the CDCC.

Still checking to see why those aren't showing up. They should be, but mine aren't, either. Fun fact: I've placed more than 4,000 (test) orders through the site over the years, making me the best customer in terms of orders and the worst in terms of PAYING.
