    RF, I'm looking into buying some of the Billy glass door bookcases. Do you have any reservations about them or are you perfectly happy with how yours are holding up?

    There are quite fine. The shelves are not as deep as my other wood "trophy" cases, but they work well. One can also remove the non--structural wood shelves and replace them with glass. With new inexpensive LED lighting, you can make a great display. Certainly not the same as solid wood cases, but lighter, cheaper and damn near as good looking.

    These are rebound books. Using a US trade 1st edition of Different Seasons, the book was divided into the four stories and each story was bound with original art from several different artists.

    Sorry if I missed this somewhere (if so can you redirect me?) but from start to finish how long did the project take? Also were the artists provided freedom to create the pieces or was there a certain direction they were asked to stay in?
