Hello Michaël,
These were copies of the UK Manuscript of #3, 4 and 5. I have never seen #1 or 6 in the U.K., but that doesn't mean it wasn't done. #3 and #4 ended the pages with "To Be Continued", whereas #5 ended with "To Be Concluded". Inside they are heavily edited by both Stephen and possibly the editor. The annotation that was done by Stephen has been confirmed with comparisons to my Black House Manuscript. The handwriting sample of Delacroix matches the letters exactly to various other words throughout the MSS. While the covers do have the U.K. Penguin symbol, as opposed to the U.S. Signet, inside there is no further indication of the publisher. I am assuming that only the U.S. manuscript was edited, so this was perhaps sent by Signet to Penguin and they added the cover. You are correct that they were stapled. I remember at the time of the auction, the seller said he worked for Penguin in 1996 when this was released. He told me this was not reproduced by himself, and that he had no further copies, nor any further King collectibles. When I received the package, it was contained in a Penguin archival folder. I never purchased any further items from him.

I remember seeing those Green Mile items somewhere--maybe on eBay--quite a while ago. If I remember correctly, I was out-bid. I don't think I've ever seen the Black House pages, though. Thanks for posting those!
John
Amazing stuff!
It is quite remarkable the stuff people have.
Very interesting. I've never seen those before. Thanks for posting.
Good to see you back here Gerald. And thanks for posting the UK Green Mile pictures.
I'm speechless. Amazing stuff!
Keep posting!

Very nice indeed! I totally get why people collect the things they do (manuscripts included) but for me personally, 'true' proofs are the most interesting pre-publication states (I can't define a 'true' proof but I know one when I see one). Even though they will be lightyears out of my financial comfort zone, I am very much looking forward to seeing the dupli- and triplicate proofs you plan to sell.
And to reiterate what others said: great to see you post again, and thank you for providing some glimpses into your staggering collection.
Nice stuff!
So, anyone else out there got REVIVAL US Proofs?

A copy sold on eBay yesterday - BIN price $425: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Revival-A-No...p2047675.l2557
I don't recognize the buyer but I'm not really keeping track of the usual suspects anymore. Anyone here get it?
Not me...
I know it wasn't you guys or Bob J., or any of the other regulars here... but maybe one of the newer members? I'd like to get my hands on a copy as well but I guess the chances are pretty slim... it would look nice with my Dr. Sleep and Mr. Mercedes proofs though...
I wish I could say I grabbed it but ....I'm still looking. (-:
I've not seen one for Creepshow
Thanks, I've never seen one either but I knew the folks here would know for sure
