Hi all,
two proofs came online on abebooks very recently:
Black House: Advance excerpt from the British publisher, reproducing the first 213 pages of the uncorrected manuscript.
$350
Viking Misery proof
$300
Updated quantity of UK SST Gwendy's proof. Thanks, Jon.

Hi, thanks Lurker for noticing the BH UK is signed, I hadn't spotted it in the listing myself.
If anyone here is interested, best to ask for some pictures then of the signatures, I presume.
It seems the Misery proof has sold. I also thought this one was expensive at $300, I paid $175 for one a few months back.
Looks like the Misery proof is going up in value! I wonder if this is in any way related to Suntup's upcoming release? I'm not a proof collector but I've been eyeing Misery myself the last few months.
Some recently confirmed sales:
eBay - April 2018: $450 (but taken by Best Offer)
Vincent purchase - April/May 2018: $175
abebooks - June 2018: $300
eBay - June 2018: $246
Assuming the eBay best offer went for half of the list, that still puts the average selling value over $225...
Hi Lotuz, I think you are right. Mine (bought in March) has one flaw: a brown stain less than the size of a dime to the fore edge margin of the opening page. Perhaps that's why mine is cheapest in the list.
I think collectors who are selling surely must think it's a great time to get a good price for a Misery proof. General rare books dealers perhaps don't know about the upcoming Suntup edition.
I suppose all proofs from the 80's will steadily rise in price/value in the years to come.
Blockade Billy 1st edition + ARC + white proof, housed in a custom-made clamshell box: https://www.abebooks.com/servlet/Boo...-srp1-_-title1
I haven't kept up with market values for these, but the white proof is quite scarce so $625 is a pretty good deal!
I've got all the items but I want the clamshell box!

Someone is offering a UK IT proof for sale on facebook, in Kris's group.
I remember from discussion in jonp's thread (we miss you jonp!) that some of you would maybe like to own one.
here's the picture:
it's clearly well-read. The seller would like offers. I'm thinking $300 would be fair, maybe $350. That's around what I paid for mine, it's in a little better condition that this.
If interested you can find it through the FB group "Stephen King Rare Editions (1st's, Signed, limited, Lettered, Proofs)", or I can pm you the name of the seller, or I can pm the seller for you and get you in contact.
