Received these today. Pet Semetary has the nicest dustjacket I have ever personally seen, as well as being the first state dj (1983 mistake on Tabitha King's book on back).
Roadwork is also in excellent shape.

Great additions RF. By coincidence, I recently won Pet Sematary 1st/1st on ebay, but it has not arrived from the US yet.
Very nice, rf. I have my original copy of Pet Semetary that I bought when it was first published. Of course, the dust jacket isn't that good, but...
John
Nice stuff, RF. I lucked out and stumbled upon a pretty decent First Ed. of Pet Semetery for just a few bucks. I think I gave my tattered one up on a giveaway back at .net.
It's one of my favorite covers. Church never looked so good!
wow immaculate condition on both, congrats RF!
Pet Semetary is another one of those first editions I still don't own for some unknown reason. This book and IT I need to buy. IT for some reason is hard to find in perfect shape, at least for me. Because the book is so large, if it's been read, it's usually a little shaky. I threw both of my original copies away years ago because I lost the dust jackets somewhere along the line in High School. So sue me I had no idea I would be collecting them one day. lol And I've just never gotten around to replacing them.
Geoff
Very clean books, RF, congrats!

My new pride and joy isn't a book
or something that you can touch.
I've just been informed that I'm being promoted to Lead Submission for Latam!!
I work in Gameloft (the mobile videogame company) and it's the third time I'm promoted in less than 2 years, so this is extremely important for me. I just love to work here!
Now I'll have more money to spend in books! LOL

Congratulations, Ari. I'm sure the promotion is very well deserved!
John
Congraulations Ari, that's some good news. Just don't spend all of that money on one book

And i REALLY like that Roadwork copy,Randall! ( me want one)
Congrats on your "acquisition" of another promotion, Ari!

Saturday I recevied The Gunslinger Born Sketch Variants for issues #6 and #7. I got them on ebay for $10.49 each! A nice bargain! The only thing left to my Gunslinger Born collection now is the #5 Sketch Variant. It seems to be the rarerst of all to obtain right now. Back after #4 I quit buying them from teh com ics dealer cus I figured $50 was way way too much! Now I am just a very patient ebay bidder! :-)
