    It's been a while since I've posted here, but with a flurry of books coming in, I'm working on updating. First I thought I'd show The Shining Gift Edition, as it exists in the wild. I've got a couple blemishes on the Slipcover and in the Book, but I'm sure that CD will straighten that up quickly when they're back from vacation. Lots of pictures in the Album.

    Congratulations everyone!

    I've just returned from a business trip to London, Madrid and Barcelona (and the book world was involved in the three cities...I'll have news later on this year) and scored a couple of cool things (some arrived before my flight and some I scored once there):




    NOS4R2 was signed and sketched by Joe Hill. And it was just there, in the bookstore, with the regular copies and at the cover price.












    And now one of the coolest things. I was in Madrid walking toward the hotel and decided to detour and walk through the book fair. The plan was to visit the whole fair on the next day but I was so close that it couldn't hurt. The only condition was not to stop since I had a commitment one hour and a half later and I had to stop by at the hotel to take a shower. Well, when I was walking and looking at the stands I face one that belongs to Nórdica Libros, a Spanish publisher that just produced a very cool illustrated edition of The Man in the Black Suit. The illustrator was signing so I stopped by and left with this nice remarque
