All I can say is that living across the river from Bangor I have come to know people that KNOW him. As in very close and they secured this for me. They had been offering for several years now but I never jumped on it because I have S/L's and an inscribed book already. I was holding out for something special and it had to be this.
Just to add...I will not be the next Matt. Lol. This will likely be the one and only time I utilize this person and am glad I did.

Per your other question, I believe Paul sent one to him so he had already seen this beauty. I imagine he picked it up for five seconds to sign and then handed it back to said person.
