Cleaning out my grandparents house, and came across a box of old Yankee magazines up in the attic. Found this gem in amongst the others. I believe it's King's first appearance in this magazine. I know he's in a few other issues, but was having a hard time finding a list of what issues to look for. Is there a list available anywhere?
Only the gentle are ever really strong.
Do the dead sing? On november 81, and Uncle Otto's Truck on october 1983.
Wanted list:

Thanks Ari! Just checked and they end in 1980. Happy to have at least found that one.

Cool!
Thanks to a friend, I got the book I desired the most to have it signed (and inscribed if possible): my first Spanish edition of IT. Still can't believe it

Congratulations! That is a Holy Grail.
So, I have been wanting to put this one up for a while. My wife got me this for my Birthday - I have long wanted a true first edition of Monkey Planet - the original title for Planet of the Apes. Well, here are the front and rear covers.

Congratulations Ari. That's a great one to get.
Congrats; that is really special.
I've dreamt of having King write BOO! in blue ink in my waterlogged The Stand paperback or do one of his balloon doodles in my It hardcover (I don't even need a signature); I can only imagine how exciting it would be to actually have it happen.

That Blackwater is exquisite. I am not familiar with the title itself, but having looked it up I will be checking it out.
I agree. It's quite the beast. The cover, case and art make a very nice combination for the book.

Finally was able to put together a F/F exorcist 1st trade edition to go with my signed uncorrected proof. I used a fine jacket from a separate listing to swap with the book containing a beautiful and rare YOP inscription. My non-King pride and joy.

Just received "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Amaranthine Press. More pics in my collection thread.
The book isn't new (was my first SK collectible), but I finally found a stand (almost) big enough for The Stand. With an added base it's fully supported. I'm excited to finally be able to display it, it's still my favorite looking book!
A few grail items arrived today. COTW S/L with sketch, a 1st Edition Night Shift and The Best of CD S/L.
Wanted: Human skin edition of The Book of the Dead. Will accept PC copy.
Sweet COTW!
