Im not... this film was not cheap and is the catlisyt for the new Era of Gunn. Its how they are re-booting it. I know two chaps that went to the test screening.. they really couldnt talk much about it other than they said it was INSANE and not just a brillant superhero film but one of thier fav films of all time. Heavy words I said... They just told me to wait and see.

No cameo by Black Adam, but Shazam! 2 still did cement the franchise to the current canon. Not that it matters since the franchise is dying with the film's performance. Too bad, really -- Shazam! 2 is flawed but mostly enjoyable. Better than Ant-Man 3. Much better than Black Adam.
But the news is crazy. My main confusion about the future has centered on why Henry Cavill had to be replaced Psyche! Henry Cavill will return. Just a lot of drama.
Cavill might, might return in some multiverse-driven cameo (similar to Affleck in the new Flash movie), but his time as Supes is effectively over.
I'm ready for Flashpoint to just reset the DCU. Just want to see them build towards something, anything at this point.
Michael Keaton the GOAT. Can't wait to see him and Batfleck interacting.
This looks like it's going to be pretty damn entertaining.
