I've just missed the Talisman-Black House John Hanic was selling for $80. Does anyone has another for sale?
That was our first successful auction (besides the one I one) and it looks like he got a pretty good return.
I am so glad it worked well, I wish I could have bid on it. Had it been after the new year, I would have given someone a run for their money.
I'm not sure if someone else has one to auction though.

Fsmdr and I were just talking and we agreed that it would have been nice to see how many hits there were on the auction. Also, for my part, I see that there were two bids, but no identities except for fsmdr. I have no idea where the second bid came from.
The book will go out to fsmdr tomorrow.
John
I am not sure there is that kind of functionality John (Fsmdr sent me a PM) but I will look into trying to pull those numbers.

I was the initial bidder, and was outbid by Fsmdr.
Thanks, Randall. I didn't know.
John
I'll have to visit the auctions more often.
You betcha!!
I'm looking forward to the book. It would really be nice too if we have a space somewhere on the site as a reminder of DTbay auctions currently active. Maybe a box on bottom or the top something like:
DTbay auctions :
Book : 1 listing
time left : 1 day 3hrs
That way we can pull in as much interested parties to bid as possible and as a reminder that there is an auction ending soon. not sure if this is possible. Just my 2 cents.
Btw, here is another auction on Ebay for the Talisman set :

thanks FSmdr!
We have something like that on the Collectors Page. Its in the middle center there.
I could add modules to the forum home but it would take putting a strip down the left side of this screen--folks didn't seem to keen on that.
But I suppose we could put the link in a thread somewhere

Can you make it a header announcement strip or something in the Calvins' Corner, Matt? Just a thought.

Its under the forumdisplay.php
That means it would show up under every forum. I am trying to work out something though.

Under every forum would certainly increase visibility... although I suppose not every member will want to see it every time.

Me too. I didn't know about it until I read this post.
I suppose I could set it up as a permanent announcement in the forum for now, that would get some exposure I think.
My big plan for it is to use it raise money for Wavedancer. Hopefully I can get people to donate and others to really come out and bid.
But that's down the line a fur piece

I received the Colorado Kid slip case from Randall Flagg that I won in the auction. Its really cool!
Thanks Jerome

Just wanted to let everyone know that the DT VII artist editions that I am selling is one at a time...not all four in one auction.
Sorry if it was misleading
Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.
Bummer...If I don't have one of those, I'd buy yours in a heartbeat. Those are really great prices.
Shhh....I'm thinking about bidding.

Great prices, I'd bid if I didn't have three of them already.
