Brice is half-right, it was Blaine talking to two members of the ka-tet.
If nobody answers when I come back from work, I'll post the answer so somebody else can go.

Almost! It is Blaine to Roland and Jake. This happens as they are running towards the mono after dispatching with Ticky and his cronies. Ok, here is a simple one to get the game going again.
