First, let me say that we don't need a Terminator reboot. We just don't. You will never top the original two films. Period.
That being said I really like Mackenzie Davis. I first saw her in an utterly forgettable film called Bad Turn Worse. Her performance really stood out to me and I jotted her name down after the film ended. Recently, she has surfaced in some huge films like The Martian and Blade Runner 2049. This is a big break and if anybody can make this work, it's her.
