I buy at least two of every new King book so that when I am 275 years old I can sell the spare one for mega-dollars (or whatever is used for currency at the time).

I think there will be some one off sales like Br!an pointed out, especially at first and now that it is officially sold out. FOMO, like Br!an said (and which I am sometimes guilty of). But overall I think this will be like the last S&S attempt at a LE, Under the Dome, I have seen copies of that selling for under $30 on ebay recently.
Of course there will always be sellers that list items for ridiculous prices, people must buy them, or else why would they keep doing it?

Signed 1st Edition of Storm of The Century (Paperback)
I preordered two slipcases.
$25 to ship two cases is pretty darn steep in my opinion.
I would like to have seen $13 for one and $3 for each additional case.

Anyone else have the text block loose from the spine where the ribbon was attached on there copy?
Any advice on how to glue it back correctly?

If anyone is interested, The Book Depository is taking orders for the two UK paperback versions coming out in June 2023.
Also, there's a hardcover misprint for sale on E-Bay without the gold lettering on the cover. I'm not sure what the deal is on this or whether I should bid or not, but right now I'm letting it pass for lack of more information.

The Lisey’s Story Gift Edition looks better than this. And that never gets above $55. The slipcase rocks but I’d need a clamshell case to cover up how easily the book gets scuffed according to the pictures I’ve seen. I need better offerings than this book. I don’t have FOMO on this one, but I do have fear of regret. I miss the old days. Traveling to go to signings, S/Ls coming out within 8 months of each other, actually being able to buy them…man we’re so far away from those good times. I’d rather save my money to buy the S/Lds I missed even at these high prices.
Hey wondering if anyone has the large poster or broadside for this? I ordered one on ebay and got a 5x7 post card lol

Got one of the at the SDCC, and a friend gave me one that came from down under:
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
