For only $840,000 you could own this six-bedroom, four-bathroom elegant and historic home. The house sits on a little less than an acre to the left of the infamous Stephen King house on West Broadway in Bangor. The house is full of unique touches such as the round walls with built-in bookshelves and eight working fireplaces!

Interesting....I thought King recently bought that home as well as the one on the other side, one for his library and one for his family.

I would guess that for the most part few houses built more than 30 or so years ago would have had centeral air.
They are really only needed for a week or two in July and August. The rest of the time fans are usually enough.
Remember, up here we have 9 months of winter and 3 months of really bad skiing!

Stephen King FULL DARK NO STARS Signed Lettered First "V" Remarque Chadbourne
@peripheral. I haven't dealt with fraud police, but have dealt with wasting hours on the phone with Ebay about this kind of thing. The worst is selling electronics. It's like flies to shit regarding people buying it and never paying for electronics. I have a novella to write about selling an iphone on Ebay lol. Of course, as a seller you can have your items listed, when someone buys it now, they have to pay for it. Of course again, Ebay makes you pay more for a different store to do so. Shocking!
So, I would be extremely weary of this book from Malaysia.

Yep, I've just reported the item as fraudulent to eBay. It's a 3 day listing (of course), so hopefully they do something before then. Maybe if a few people report the item. Dodgy scammers.
PS - For a laugh, I've sent the seller a message asking for some pictures of the Remarque and whether they would ship to Australia.
It's been pulled.
