I also like those listings that say in big bold letters something like INSPECT PHOTOS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BIDDING, as if the seller is telling you that it's you're responsibility to see any flaws in their product, but then they only upload like 2 or 3 poorly taken photos. That always makes me laugh.

Seek more opinions (not too many). I personally believe it's legit and the only reason i won't bid on it is that I hope a member here wins it for a great price. Additionally, the seller should have posted 9 more pics. You get 12 free. Shadowy pics just suck.
If there is undisclosed damage, return/dispute it.
