Probably not 1st editions?
I would do lots of inquiries to the sellers to verify that they are first edition first printings.
John
As Bob said, none are UK editions.
As an aside: I don't think the UK Danse Macabre was ever reprinted with the same dust jacket so IF you find a Macdonald Danse Macabre that looks like this it will probably be a 1st edition.
A few UK copies are out there for sale, I just haven't been able to find one in a condition that I would be happy with. A couple nice ones that I've seen for sale are priced higher than I want to spend on it. I feel this is one of those books that will show up for me after some time. Just have to be patient. Of course at some point I may cave and buy one as a placeholder until a better copy shows up. It's basically the last book I need to complete my collection of 1st UK editions.
There are a number of UK Danse Macabre editions for sale here:

Ok. It had to be something I was not aware of in editions. Was wondering what was wrong with those.
Carry on.

"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
