I guess it all comes down to a simple choice for me. "Get Busy Living, or Get Busy Dying".
That is a good price but it makes me wonder what the book is like when it says the condition is Acceptable. But then again it is easily worth that just for the autograph.

But, if you read the description you'll see the book was new/unread - plus its from Greg and he's always reliable.
That one did slip by me, not that I was particularly in the market - sorry to see it go for so low Greg!
