Yeah. I see that one sold not that long ago on Betts for $50.
That's the typical going price for that volume, give or take a bit… Which makes it so odd that this one's going for more than four times that.
Had a thought on why its so high but it doesn't make sense now that I think about it.

I haven't seen one of these inserts before. Wonder if it's handsigned insert or facsimile? Probably the latter but still pretty cool.
The book itself is of nominal value. I hate opining as to if a felt pen sig is legit, but this one isn't bad.

Don't most authors have a pile of writing implements for use during the signing that they rotate through or switch to when one dries out.
