    Again if it wasn't for the wedding I wouldn't be selling it :-( but atleast I got to read a great book before it came out.

    There's a lot more than 10 of these. I'm not sure how many, but I think 2 cases of 24. I have no clue how many were signed after they were sent to Joe.

    I seem to remember 2 small boxes, less than fifty i would say. only a small number of them were doodled, the rest just signed. This is an uncopyedited bound manuscript, so there will still be a proof coming.
