I've seen the "Wolves of the Calla" promo booklet "Return of the King" posted on here before, but not the rest of the items that came with it.

I like it!
Very nice. What's the story behind them, where did they come from, who offered them, etc.?

Here's one that you don't see too often:
Blook and Smoke promo tape, back:
And the front:
It contains only the story "In the Deathroom".

I've got BLOOD AND SMOKE on CD but not on cassette. I have no idea why I accumulated so many of the promo tapes. I think they were plentiful at the time of issue. Maybe not so much now.
Has anyone seen the promo lighter? The CD box is made to look like a pack of cigarettes and I thought the promo lighter was a clever touch. It's a bit of a pain since I have always stored it standing upright and never laying down (afraid that the lighter fluid will leak). I guess the lighter fluid will just evaporate some day.
I have the audiobook myself, but on cassette. I imagine I shoud have kept it in better condition than I have, but I received it when it first came out and treated it like it was just any other book. I believe it is still at my mother's house sitting next to her stereo.

It works carlos. I had a neighbor who went through this sort of trouble to refill a disposable lighter. I have no idea why he did all that rather than buy a new one, but he did.

Here is Earl the Dead Cat (also known as "Flat Cat"). He was sold separately but also used as a promotional item for the video release of PET SEMATARY. Earl measures about 28 inches in length but, of course, less than an inch thick.
THAT'S GROSS!!!
I love it!!
