I know! I don't use it either. I'm cheap also.
I had a .mac account for awhile. I couldn't justify the expense.

I had a .mac account till the free trial ran out. I really didn't use it when it was free.
What is mobile me?
That's the newest incarnation. I don't have an iPhone (Samsung SYNCH, cheaper and better! This from a Mac Addict!) so no, don't need mobileme.

bears are back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know if anyone else has had this or if Aaron and/or The Matt know about it. I sometimes (like just a moment ago) can't type in the message boxes. It's like the frame won't allow for the cursor to be active in it.

I'm going to have to look into this Wuducynn... do you mean the quick reply box?

I've never had that particular problem. Interesting.

What browser are you using?
I've had something like this problem - have been unable to place the cursor into the Quick Reply Box a few times - but then I just clicked on an icon (B for bold, for example), and the [ B] [/B] signs appeared, and then the cursor was there.

It's probably a weird little bug.
Oh that's definitely what it is. Just thought I would let everyone know I was having it.

Yeah, thanks for this enlightening thread that somehow exceeds the efficacy of the thread we already have about site problems.

I did a screen shot -
Notice that the controls at the top aren't even active. Non-clickable. This was from just a few minutes ago when it happened again.

I can't see images from work but I promise I will have a look at home. A glitch happening to one person (or others erratically) is a particularly hard thing to pinpoint.

I was worried that I'd be the only one that had this problem! Since I am the only one instead of worrying about it Matt, just put this thread in the clearing and I'll just suck up and deal, you have a lot of other more important things to worry about I'm sure. Thanks though.
