Agreed. I thought King's story was quite good too. It's a very unique premise.

What were your thought's a Joe's story? Bev seemed to really like it. I think, right Bev?
I did -- it's a ripped from the headlines, it could really happen kind of story that is both scary as hell and touching. I love what he does with point-of-view in this story. We get to see each of a handful of characters from inside their own heads and then as someone else sees them. It's quite revealing.

Ah, so its more realistic. I was hoping for supermonsternightmaresnakes on a plane by Joe Hill. Sounds cool though. Thanks for the reply.

How do you deactivate the overlay?

Charlo is the village in New Brunswick where I grew up. It comes from Chaleur, the French word for heat -- the village is on the Baie de Chaleur, so named by explorer Jacques Cartier, who must have been there at a very strange time to identify it because of its heat!

If you use Chrome : F12 or right click, inspect.
    Go to the "Elements" tab.

Search : sync-overlay-fxContainer, and delete it (with the delete key of your keyboard)
    Search : sync-overlay-fx , and delete it

If you want, I could make a screenshot and send it to you, or copy the text and send it to you.
However, because of copyright, i dont think that I should paste it here.

I dont like to promote adblockers, because my job depends on advertising on our websites, but otherwise you can also try ublock or ublock origin.
Those adblockers are the most sensitive about privacy, and blocks a lot of javascript and online tracking by default

In this case, they block the script dealing with the overlay.

I've always been frustrated by this -- it's the old hometown newspaper and I follow them on twitter and can only see the headlines; the articles are behind this paywall-ish thing.

That's not information I have -- you'd have to ask Brian, perhaps on the CD thread.
