I will vote in a moment however this is a 4 or 4.5 for me. I know my wife found this story a little slow but I loved it. Nice tie-in to other work, engaging characters, and for me has a magical feel to the entire tale.

I've read it twice: when it originally came out and again early last year (2017). My first read must've been colored by the fact that it followed It (which utterly blew me away); I wasn't too impressed.

Last year, I didn't expect much, and wow, what a story. It doesn't feel like anything else of his.

missed the poll, would have given it a 2 (because 1.5 is not possible)
