How do you correct a vote. I clicked on "did not read". I was thinking of roadwork when I clicked that. Meant to give it something else.

What was your vote? I'll fix it when counting the votes. No worries!
It was "never read", should be 3.
Thanks,
Mike

To anyone who votes "Never Read" on this book. Do yourself a favour, beg buy or steal a copy, you are missing out on one of the best stories SK has ever written!
"A real limited edition, far from being an expensive autograph stapled to a novel, is a treasure. And like all treasures do, it transforms the responsible owner into a caretaker, and being a caretaker of something as fragile and easily destroyed as ideas and images is not a bad thing but a good one...and so is the re-evaluation of what books are and what they do that necessarily follows." - Stephen King
Please do. I've done that before, and sometimes they've turned out to be my favorite books
I know what you mean. It took me three tries to finish The Gunslinger. Maybe the last time I tried The Long Walk just wasn't the right time in my life.
Yes, I do believe that sometimes if you read a book at the wrong time you won't enjoy it as much. It's kinda weird, now that I think of it.
I read it so long ago I honestly can not remember it. So I put down not read...

5. My favorite of the Bachman books. So shocking when the first contestant got his ticket.
