This will be the only one other than Sleeping Beauties, that would receive a "Never Read", which isn't entirely correct, because I have read some of the stories, just not the whole thing. I am waiting for my CD special edition to come in so that I can finally read this whole book.

Why read a limited edition when you could probably go to the library and borrow one? Or just buy a cheap paperback.

I too will only be marking 2 as unread (the first was Roadwork, which I have read but don't remember), and like you sleeping beauties (need to finish Hearts in Suspension, first).
